Hi, my name is Sam Baar and I'm the owner of AZemerald Colombian Emeralds. We are a small family owned online retailer based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our goal is offer the best quality products and service at competitive prices.  I take a great deal of pride in the gemstones we sell and believe strongly in full disclosure. Each emerald we offer is hand picked by me out of thousands that we choose from. We generally keep a small select inventory rather than offer a little bit of everything. Most of our emeralds come with lab reports that provide all the detail you will need to assess each emerald. We provide honest details in our descriptions and accurate pictures and videos to further help you with your decision making process. If you are trying to decide between a couple of different emeralds on our site please send me an email. I can help with subtle differences that you may be wondering about. We do not have restocking fees, all orders are shipped free, and returns are no questions asked for 15-days after you receive your order.

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. Most orders will ship next business day.

USPS insured registered Priority Mail with signature confirmation.

International Orders

Countries we sell and ship to include:

Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
 
All orders are shipped free of charge USPS registered and insured. Return and payment policies are the same as the US. Shipping time for International orders is typically 5-10 business days.
 
When ordering from Azemerald Colombian Emeralds, the customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Before you receive shipment it may be subject to custom fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges of your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Emeralds are described as “green beryl mineral specimens” on customs forms to deter mail theft.

Returns

All purchases come with a 15-day money back guarantee for any reason other than damage minus $15.00 to cover our shipping costs. We will not take back emeralds that have been damaged. If you are having this stone mounted please work with a jeweler that has experience with emeralds. Emeralds are more fragile than diamonds, rubies, and sapphires and require special care when mounting or cleaning. Do not clean emeralds in ultrasonic cleaners. Use mild soap and water only.

Payment Options

We accept Paypal, and wire transfers at this time. You can pay with any credit card through Paypal and do not need a Paypal account. If you would like to pay with a wire transfer please email or call us for the routing information.
